We offer both personal training and group classes. Every Personal Training program includes a carefully structured workout, designed to meet your individual goals and fitness level. Each workout is carefully supervised by an experienced personal trainer and includes individual feedback and appropriate progressions in intensity. Our Group Fitness classes utilize a variety of tools (sandbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, battle ropes) to make sure you build muscle and burn fat while minimizing stress on the lower extremities. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are taught by experienced USAW Certified Coaches. We place a strong emphasis on teaching proper form and technique. We have both competitive and recreational lifters in weightlifting class. Strength & Conditioning and Powerlifting classes are taught by either CSCS or USAPL certified coaches. Again, a strong emphasis is placed on teaching proper form and technique.
