Grateful Yogini

A yoga studio with a deeper purpose. After years of struggling with alcohol addiction, I found the mind, spirit part of yoga. I found my purpose giving away and spreading the word of the power of yoga and meditation. Sober since May 26, 2016 my fire to help people find their best selves has only gotten larger. I work hard and passionately everyday creating a mindful movement.
