From The Chef: Hello my name is Marianna and I'm the chef and the owner at Greek Taverna Ammos in Pompano Beach. My origins are from Greece, where I was inspired to cook. I have held onto recipes that grandmothers and mother have used in the past. I believe in cooking old-style: fresh, simple and healthy. We at Ammos would like you to come and try our dishes, inspired from the past and cooked to delight. Our fish gets delivered daily, a choice Bronzini or Red Snapper. Our pastries are homemade, a selection of galaktoboureko, baklava or Greek pastries from Greece. Our flavors will take you to another level.
