As an integrative therapist, I use different modalities of treatment to tailor to each client's individual needs. I like to teach my clients about what symptoms mean and how to manage them with positive coping skills. The more you can understand about what you are experiencing, the more power you will have to make positive, lasting changes to improve your quality of life. I take pride in forging warm therapeutic relationships with my clients. I want you to feel as safe and comfortable as you can to make work in therapy as useful and enjoyable as possible. People often think of therapy as a place you focus on problems and difficult issues, and often it is. But I also like to have fun with my work and it is not unheard of for people to laugh in therapy too.
