Gustavo's Fitness

Gustavo has been an athlete since 1990 Starting from humble beginnings at the age of 16 he competed in bodybuilding and found a job at a local gym in Pasadena California. Going through high school he found a local job at a print shop to pay for his supplements and nutrition to continue his bodybuilding career. While Bodybuilding was happening he found interest in cycling soccer and swimming along with rugby but ultimately it was his passion of training people and teaching people about nutrition and bodybuilding techniques and principles that has driven Gustavo to this day to work as an independent contractor in Temecula California at Self Made Training Facility where he does his business one on one with his clients.
