Rebecca specializes in Deep Tissue, which encompasses: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF, lymphatic massage and stretching. Along with Deep Tissue, Rebecca is certified in Medical Massage, Swedish massage, Sports Therapy, Table Thai massage, Hot Stone massage, Lymphatic massage and Reflexology. Overall she has over 800 hours of certified training, and continues to further her education yearly
