"The new iteration is bigger and better with a playful menu of pub staples filtered through the dual lenses of Ireland and San Antonio. That ethos might be best expressed in the Scotchantonio Egg. The dish begins life as a classic sausage-wrapped egg, but is served in a bowl of black beans and pork chili verde.
