Customer Service, Burgers, Chicken Sandwichs, Thin Crust Pizza Established in 1987. Started by owner, Ed Claussen, with the Medical District in mind. Named after the character in the TV show M.A.S.H., Hawkeye. Hawkeye's has catered to the medical district, UIC students and United Center Patrons for almost 25 years. We provide shuttle service to and from Soldier Field, United Center and UIC Pavillion for selected events.
