Each Personal Training workout is tailored to the individual, incorporating nutrition and fitness to the individuals need and not generalized to the masses like many other corporate gyms. I Specialize in CORE training- working more than one body part at a time, while continuing to train your Core at the same time. I also believe in Interval training, where you are doing 1-2 sets of Weight Training, then add in a Cardio Blast, to keep your heart rate pumping. Working 1 on 1 or tandem (2 on 1) with a client(s) gives the attention needed to succeed. Nutrition is a huge part of staying fit; I will customize a nutrition plan that will fit each individual based on their goals. You want to get fit and stay lean; exercise and nutrition go hand in hand.
