High Mountain Eyecare was started in 1957 by Dr. Conrad Modica. Dr. David and Dr. Pamela Rajkowski took over High Mountain Eycare when Dr. Modica retired. Dr. Lori J. Napolitano and Dr. Christine Corrente have recently joined the practices.
