We are an imaginative consulting engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, water resources engineering, transportation design, surveying, land planning, economic analysis and real estate assessment services throughout Arkansas and some neighboring states. Our history within the Maumelle area dates back to the initial "New Town" vision of Jess Odom. From then until now whether public or private, we have aided development in realizing Mr. Odom's vision to today's thriving community.
