The Tucson facility opened it doors in the Tucson Market in 1985 as Southwest Hardwood. The facility was expanded in 1998 to its current 26,000 square foot of covered storage space. The Branch was acquired in 1998 by Hood Industries and currently doing business as Hood Distribution / McEwen Group. With products shipping in via rail direct to our facility, we are able to serve our valued customers the highest quality products at very competitive prices. Our friendly staff, many whom are bilingual, are well suited to our diverse customer base serving the Tucson metro area, Southern Arizona and into Northern Mexico. With over a 100 miles of partnerships, we have built our business over the years with a great deal of pride and would like to continue to serve our customers with the same spirit that we have over the past two decades in the Southern Arizona Market.
