Hridayam is a local bodywork and apothecary based in Miami. Our goal is to provide curated information, authentic bodywork and all things ayurveda that our clients may need along their quest for balance and optimal health. Founded by Carol Jamault, LMT, RYT-200 (Yoga Alliance), and Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselor, from the intention to empower her clients through a deeper understanting of health and its deep connection with the Nature's cycles. Our services focus on providing our clients with the appropriate tools to prevent, heal, and rejuvenate from the effects of chronic stress and aging. You can schedule ayurvedic treatments with Carol at Corpo Yoga Studio (Dadeland), or schedule online consultations, workshops and lectures. We also offer through our apothecary a large range of ayurvedic and aromatherapy products from the most authentic and revered brands.
