At Human Fitness we prioritize what your body needs! There is a difference between training (what we do) and assigning workouts (other gyms). We train your body to function properly and optimally through mobility, strength training, gymnastics, and martial arts drills. Once we have restored function we work on conditioning and aesthetics. We SPECIALIZE in dealing with injuries and ailments. Sprained ankle, torn rotator cuff, bad knees, tight hips, lower back pain? We will fix it then get you running, jumping, lifting, and having fun!
