History In 1964, IMOCO (Industrial Maintenance Overflow Corporation) began its operations in a small metal building in Hendersonville, North Carolina specializing in industrial projects. Throughout the decades, IMOCO focused on performance and dependability while gaining experience in all areas of mechanical/industrial maintenance construction. IMOCO serves customers in the southeast region with a focus on North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. In 1983, IMOCO moved to a larger facility in Fletcher, North Carolina because of substantial growth in new services, enlarged equipment, and market diversification. In 2006, long term company executive, Rodney Pressley, became the owner and president of IMOCO. In 2011, IMOCO moved to a more modern facility in Fletcher, North Carolina, adding a new sheet metal/fabrication shop and additional office space. Today, IMOCO stands on "Equipped Experience".
