Impastato Cellars

Established in 2013. The Family In 1979, after over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Joe Impastato opened Impastato's Restaurant in Metairie. Only five years prior, his brother, Sal, opened Sal & Judy's in LaCombe. Now the family of restaurants extends to Madisonville with the opening of Impastato Cellars on September 5, 2013. Joe's daughter worked with Joe for 20 years before deciding to bring the same traditional, authentic Italian cuisine to the Northshore with an old world ambiance. The Cellar Our 600 square foot wine cellar features over 400 labels from all over the world. Guests are encouraged to browse the cellar to select a bottle of wine to bring to their table. This unique concept of choosing your favorite bottle from the cellar sets Impastato Cellars apart from other restaurants. The wine cellar is available for private dining. Joe and his daughter Mica have combined Italian cuisine with a warm atmosphere and social gathering place for the entire family.
