Established in 2001.IFS began as a healthclub consulting business. We created and ran Personal Training and Weight Loss programs within healthclubs; employing, certifying and managing 100's of Trainers and coaches.In 2008 we shifted focus to our own facilities. Currently, we partner with Physical Therapy and Wellness centers to create the most complete programming avaliable.
