Internal Alchemy

Like many Eastern Physicians, my personal health journey and challenges led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through proper nutrition, acupuncture, herbology, self-care, yoga, Qi Gong, meditation and other holistic healing modalities, I have completely transformed my health and well-being. I am proud to say that I have completed thousands of hours of theoretical and clinical training in 5 1/2 years of Chinese/Oriental Medical School, in addition to supporting hundreds of patients during my clinical internship. During my schooling I was fortunate enough to study under world renowned Taoist masters and Physicians, where I also learned Qi Gong and basic Tai Chi. In addition to my medical training, I have completed over 500 hours of Tantric Hatha Yoga in Thailand and Los Angeles with an emphasis on asana, pranayama, and Hridaya Meditation. I have also completed training in ThetaHealing.
