Interurban

Opened in 2011, Interurban is the second bar from Dan Hart and Chris Navarra in Portland. The bar features pre-prohibition era cocktails, the best beers available and one of Portland's most extensive whiskey lists. The kitchen, run by Chef Jonny Henry is focused on seasonal fare, local game and a blend of classic and modern techniques.
