Carrie graduated from Taos School of Massage in Taos, New Mexico in 1998. Her distinctive style integrates training in several modalities including Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial and connective tissue release, Body Wisdom Healing, Shamanic practices, as well as yoga teacher training. She understands that we all contain the innate capability to heal and uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Through compassionate and careful listening she addresses physical, emotional, and energetic issues, gently guiding your body toward its own natural healing abilities and opening up the potential for deep releasing of all kinds.
