Specializing in pregnancy and postpartum massage. I practice a verity of massage technics such as deep tissue, cupping, hot rocks. Essential oils, and acupressure to help with pain relief and muscle tension, sport injuries, headache and sciatic relief, stress decompression and deep relaxation. My knowledge and understanding of pregnancy and the changes that a women body undergoes gives me something unique to my massages. My family centered Midwifery services include Prenatal and postpartum care, Homebirth delivery, Waterbirth,Newborn care, Childbirth education and resources, Well Women care and Breastfeeding guidance.
