Iron City Gym

We are located in Cypress, TX off 290 and Telge area.  We are a hardcore gym that provides you with vintage machines,  free weights (up to 200lbs), cable machines, deadlifting platforms and old school metal weights.  We also have an outdoor functional area with jump boxes, slam balls, sleds, ropes, punching bags, tires up to 750lbs, atlas stones, yolks, logs, crucifix's and more.  Whatever your goal is you can accomplish it here.  Our gym is equipped for every type of athlete whether you are mom wanting to get back in shape after baby or a professional body builder...
