Island Flow Yoga

Island Flow Yoga is an experience like no other. Follow me to a beautiful location in our paradise of Islamorada and the upper keys. Practice on our piers, beaches and gardens surrounded by the natural landscape of palm trees, water, sky, and sun. Be drawn into the power of music as you move through an intuitively inspired vinyasa flow connecting your breath to your body. Island Flow Yoga offers a schedule of group classes in my outdoor "studios", as well private sessions at your location or mine.
