Heather J Perrone works both behind the chair as a busy stylist and make-up artist, in addition to running the overall operation of JaieStuart, Inc.  
Mentoring others is a passion of hers - be it assistant, apprentice, stylist, other salon owners and professionals.  Sharing has always been a strong-suit and seeing others grow and proser has always  brought good feelings to her.  So growing her staff to their highest potential, both personally and professionally, is no surprise.
Heather loves people, art and creativity - so she created a life that combines it all!
