What I like to do... Starting off with Myofascial Release of your tight, tense tissues. Once that is done i like to go through your muscles and release any knots or Trigger points that are causing you pain. After that I do some deeper work to finish off releasing all those toxins, increasing circulation and relaxation all at the same time.Also do a variety of modalities, including Thai Massage, Neuromuscular Release, stretching, sports, specific musclework...etc..Established in 2011.
