Owner Joseph Cocozza learned his passion for barbering and beauty from his father Armand Cocozza. Armand mastered the craft of hairdressing in Paris France before he moved to the United States in 1954. After graduating from The Shear Ego International School of Hair Design in 2002, he opened Joe's Upscale Barbering & Beauty Loft in Webster New York.
