At its heart, J's Maintenance is a family owned and run business for over 40 years. We do everything in our business as if it were for our own families. Our business specializes in commercial and residential cleaning. J's Maintenance is a full-service janitorial firm with over 350 employees across the country. We have a full GREEN Cleaning program customized for the individual needs of our clients. We don't subcontract and we do supervise weekly. Our commercial service specializes in office buildings, retail complexes, auto dealerships, schools, churches, and industrial complexes. Our J's Maids division cleans homes in the Glendale/La Crescenta/Tujunga/La Canada/Montrose/Sunland areas. Unlike many competitors, our employees are bonded and covered under our workers' compensation insurance policy. Your property is protected by our liability insurance coverage. Plus we pay all taxes for our employees, including federal, state, social security and unemployment. We are locally owned and operated.
