Just Breathe Pilates

Just Breathe Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio focusing on the individual. Our goal is to help our clients realize their goals. Any age or fitness level is welcome. We offer many levels of group classes, including Pre-Natal Pilates, Pilates at the Barre, Pilates for Golfers, Cardio Jump Board, Restorative Pilates (for those of us with special needs for our backs, shoulders, necks, knees), and Sports Enhancement for teens. We offer early morning and late evening classes or private classes, and we are open 7 days a week for your convenience. If you don't see a time listed, we will happily accommodate your schedule. We also offer Pilates Certification for an exciting career in an industry that is on the rise. We host the PSC Teacher Training Program, which produces some of the most skilled and capable trainers in the country.
