Just Fit Training Group is a private personal training company that specializes in rehabilitation, sports and performance training for athletes and the general population. With years of education and experience, our trainers work hands on with their clients to provide an effective and programmed routine that keeps our clients engaged and challenged. Our main location of operation is in Whitestone but home training services are offered throughout all of New York City and Long Island.
