From Dr Karin Li: I would like to thank my current and potential patients at taking the time to review my ratings. I would also like my patients to know that Yelp's marketing staff regularly markets to me to pay them lots of money to place ads on their website. I have always declined because I do not need their service. I would also like to point out Yelp uses a secret algorithm (no one outside of Yelp knows it) to decide which reviews are displayed and which ones are not currently recommended. You will notice I have approximately 14 (not recommended) 5 Star reviews from real patients hidden from view.
