I am a therapist who will stand alongside distressed individuals, couples, partners and families fighting to reconnect in their relationships even if it is only to find a relationship with the self. I strongly believe in meeting you where you’re at when you walk through my door. There is absolutely no judgement here and our work will be from a collaborative position. Clients who do well with me come ready to get their hands dirty and are committed to do the work it takes to become unstuck. Modalities primarily used: ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Short Term Solution Focused Therapy.
