Doug Fenstermaker, owner of King Collision, opened his first location at 2000 North River Road in Warren, Ohio in 1987 with one purpose in mind, to provide the finest collision repair shop in Trumbull County. Fenstermaker noticed that the city of Warren and surrounding communities needed a collision repair facility that put the customer first! "I have always been a big believer that if you treat the customer the way you want to be treated, fair and honest, you made a customer for life," Fenstermaker said.
