Kits 'n' Koa's owner, Yuwadee Sampang, combines her passion for cooking and love of her native Thailand to give us Thai cuisine at its best.Growing up in Phitsanulok where her family farms vegetables and raises livestock, Yuwadee’s mother was instrumental in teaching Yuwadee the art of cooking beginning at the age of 10. Yuwadee initially prepared very simple egg dishes which eventually evolved into complete meals using vegetables and meats from the family farm.After working at another Kaneohe restaurant for a year, her husband Jason decided they should open their own eatery.
