Mission Statement: Knight Integrative Medicine’s goal is to provide each and every patient with their own personalized roadmap to optimum wellness that is based on the fundamental tenets of functional medicine. We define wellness as not merely the lack of disease but a state of balanced vitality of the mind, body, and spirit. Our patients will receive individualized patient care from a compassionate, ABFM (American Board of Family Medicine) and ABIHM (American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine) board-certified physician and ongoing support from an encouraging, sympathetic lifestyle educator (certified health coach - nutrition expert) throughout their health transformations.
