Know IEPs?

Know IEPs? mission is to ensure a collaborative and trusting experience takes place, between families and the district, allowing for a positive IEP experience. At Know IEPs? we provide educational advocacy services for families of a child (ages 3-22), with a current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan, as well as we support families in obtaining special education services for children who may be in need. Know IEPs? services fall on a spectrum, from reviewing student files, to conducting client observations, to accompanying families to IEP/504 Plan meetings. Mediation and Due Process services are also available, on a case-by-case basis. Services are available in both English and Spanish. Know IEPs? offers community-based trainings, for both parents and educators. Know IEPs? can also support school districts in completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
