Aloha! Welcome to Kona Athletics. I am an ACE certified personal trainer, certified sports conditioning specialist, NESTA MMA conditioning coach and certified Sports Hypnotherapist. I provide personalized training on strength and endurance as well as the exclusive Cardio Strong exercise program that I developed. I also will help you t train your mind set through Sports Hypnosis. I can provide session in person as well as over the internet using FaceTime or Skype. I specialize in beginners and do work with advanced and pro athletes as well.
