Kopan Ramen - Whittier

Kopan is a Japanese traditional hot noodle specified as a Tonkotsu Ramen. A robustly rich and cloud-like creamy broth highlighting the hearty and savory pork! Our full-flavored Tonkotsu broth is the product of drawing flavor from pork for 16 hours over a searing flame for that full-bodied flavor that plays center stage in that which is Kopan. It traditionally has a thick broth made from boiling pork bones, fat, and collagen over high heat for long hours with a hearty pork flavor and a creamy soup. Vegetable Ramen, a wholesome broth from the bosom of mother earth herself! Our veggie ramen is made from all vegetables base to top, a concerto from the garden at flavor, an awesome all veggie delight for vegetarians and all those who seek something a bit lighter on the palate, after a cold day. Keeping up with the tradition, we added some more variations to our Kopan to differentiate our ramen from just regular tonkotsu ramens including the ability to customize the ramen in a multiple styles and multiple toppings.
