La Fonda of Inglewood Restaurant & Cafe offers two restaurants in one location with one kitchen & one entrance. The Restaurant has a capacity for 50 guests & The Cafe has seating for 10. -This restaurant highlights a family of chefs, all mastering staple items while bringing their own specialties to the table. -Chef David specializes in our traditional dishes like our handmade gorditas & sopes. He’s responsible for preparing the chile rellenos, chicken soups & sauces. -Chef Frances specializes in our vegetarian dishes. She prepares the potato taquitos & chops vegetables daily for grilled veggie dishes. -Chef Andrew enjoys making seafood dishes, like aguachiles & ceviches. He can make the spiciest dishes per request. -Chef Kane specializes in quick bites like nachos, burritos & tacos. -Collectively, they offer something for everyone to enjoy. -During their down time, these chefs hold test kitchens, where they teach & learn from each other… this keeps their passion for cooking alive.
