"La Forketta is an Italian Restaurant owned from Lara and Max, a italian couple from Milan, that arrived here straight from Italy and opened this little italian restaurant. Chef Max, born and raised in Milan, has Calabrian origins on his maternal side and Marche origins on his paternal grandparents. This union allowed him to touch all the flavors of Italy starting from the north (Milan), going to the center (Marche) and arriving at the south (Calabria)"
