Chef Roland's heart's desire is to offer culinary instruction. La Galette Berrichonne was developed as a French Bakery/Cafe, so he could share foods that represent Le Berry in Central France, the region he calls home. More than that, La Galette Berrichonne Bakery/Cafe is the business foundation of Chef Roland's dream to develop a culinary school that will offer professional culinary training. As we grow, it is our hope to, eventually, open a small school in Fordland, Missouri.
