My family and I are Jewish and are members of Congregation Beth HaTephila in Asheville. We have also spent a lot of time at Congregation Beth Israel and Chabad House of Asheville. We are so lucky to have such a warm and loving Jewish community in Asheville! My son became a Bar Mitzvah in August of 2013 and my daughter's Bat Mitzvah was in June of 2017. Also, because I dropped out of Hebrew school when I was 10, I did an adult Bat Mitzvah in February of 2015. I know my stuff! I have photographed dozens of B'nai Mitvot and would love to help you come up with a plan to have beautiful photos to commemorate this important milestone.
