Le Mekong

Ask any Vietnamese American who grew up in Vietnam what he misses the most from his homeland and the answer would likely be: Vietnamese cuisine. Tham Huynh and Khanh Nguyen, the founders of Le Mekong in Johns Creek, Georgia, are no exception. Born and raised by the river delta, they never let the taste of South Vietnam escape them, even though they both, combined, have been away from her for almost thirty years.
