Back in his Fullerton High School Days, owner Bil Kiloh had a nickname, "Leadbelly". All these years later it has found a home here at their Barbecue joint. Being a back yard barbecue enthusiast just wasn't enough for Bil. Setting out on this adventure several years ago, Bil and Dionne encountered some challenges. Losing her Mom in June 2011, followed by Bils diagnoses, treatment, and recovery of "Base of Tongue" cancer blocking 3/4 of his airway, finally, losing is father June of 2012. They picked up the reins and moved forward with Bil's dream of opening a Barbecue restaurant. So here we are. Supported by so many family and friends it is sure to be a success and the History of this establishment will thrive and change.
