Established in 2017. Leading Edge Renovation was born from the experiences of the owner over a 17 year history of interacting with homeowners, suppliers, installers, and insurance companies. From first contact with the homeowner to full completion of your project we have focused on the systems for continuing education, communication and building a lasting loyal relationship with our clients. We take a pro-active approach to all steps in our process to keep you informed of all variables as best we can. The products we offer and the crews we have doing the projects have all been proven in Colorado. We strive to make your home as maintenance free on the exterior as possible. Upon meeting we will give an honest assessment of the areas in question, not just a result that is beneficial to us.
