My name is Lexi Mastrangelo (formerly Lexi Shuman) and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years experience working with individuals who have struggled with depression, anxiety, and anger, as well as had difficult life experiences or survived a traumatic event. As a psychotherapist and parent coach, I empower teens and adult women to confidently make healthy decisions, to learn to have positive relationships with others, and most importantly, themselves. ​ I opened Connections Counseling Services in 2016 in order to serve youth and families in the community who are looking for a mental health provider that can offer individual and family therapy, in addition to supporting mental health needs more broadly through consultation and trainings.
