Lidya's Taco Shop

I am a Chef, graduated from The San Diego Culinary Institute in 2008. I started working in a little fish restaurant I was there for a year and I liked it but I wanted to expand my knowledge to some where bigger so then I got hired at a resort and really big and beautiful resort where I learned a lot. But then the idea came to my head that I wanted to own my own restaurant some day. So then my dad got a place and that place is now Lidya's Taco Shop. Both of my parents love to cook and have really good flavor for food and well I got that gene. I love to cook its fun and relaxing. I have learned all my recipes from my parents and other family members. So my passion for food is there and I love what I do. So that is a little bit about me.
