Our people are our most valuable asset. The Lifematters team, all of whom live in the Washington DC metropolitan area, bring decades of proven experience in home care and care management. We have more than 1,000 employees, but maintain a close-knit and familial environment. Each Lifematters employee has a unique background and skill set that adds value to our collective whole. Lifematters was founded with a single mission in mind - to dramatically improve the lives of clients by helping them manage their personal and health care needs in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Now in its 13th year, Lifematters is the largest employer based home care company in the country with thousands of satisfied clients. Our team consists of more than 1,300 active caregivers and client service and corporate support associates that number over 60 people.
