Lighten Up | Yoga & Energy

Established in 2012. I established Lighten Up beginning in 2012, as I felt a strong pulling from the Universe to begin offering my services. I discovered my gift of holding space for others to do their spiritual and energetic life's work, and humbly stepped out of my corporate job in HR in advertising to pursue this work full time.
