Lila Yoga, Dharma & Wellness

Lila is "divine play and the delight of creation" and our focus is on Ma Yoga Prenatal, Fertility Yoga, Women's Healing Yoga, and Pelvic Floor Yoga. The Ma Yoga Prenatal program was founded by MIA BORGATTA at the original Jivamukti Yoga Center, where she taught for 13 years before Lila opened. Ma Yoga Prenatal Teacher Trainings are highly regarded and gold standard, and train students internationally. Integrative Wellness & Yoga for Women programs are curated by Dr. Eden Fromberg.
