I usually have to wait for me vehicle to be serviced as it is my only mode of transportation, and the service department has been excellent at making me feel welcome and not waiting to long. I just received a recall notice for my 1 year old Escape. I called to schedule the repair and they were willing to do it next day if I was available. Nice. I wasnt, and they needed the vehicle half day for the recall fix, so while it's in they're going to do the yearly inspection as well. I'm dropping my car off the night before, and once they call me in the early afternoon to say it's done, they will send a courtesy vehicle up to our house 15 min away to pick us up to go pick up our car. They scheduled the work to be convenient to my work schedule too. Fairly impressed here.
